Learning paths

Three guided paths for different starting points

A

Orientation path

Covers studio etiquette, coach introductions, and how to read session cards. Ideal if you have never attended a group workshop.

B

Movement literacy path

Defines terms such as tempo, range of motion, and bilateral drills using diagrams—not medical definitions.

C

Practice journal path

Teaches reflective note-taking: what felt steady, what needs review, and questions to bring to your next visit.

Workshop enrollees may add optional guide bundles. Each guide lists learning objectives, practice drills, and glossary entries reviewed quarterly by our curriculum team.

  • Session map templates
  • Home practice checklists

Digital access

PDF downloads arrive within two business days of registration. Links expire after 90 days; request extensions via contact.

Preparation

How to prepare for your first workshop day

Clothing

Wear breathable layers you can remove after warm-up. Avoid loose drawstrings near equipment stations.

Hydration

Drink water throughout the day of your session. Bring a labeled bottle; fountains are available on site.

Arrival

Plan to arrive ten minutes early to complete a brief intake form and store personal items in lockers.

Consulting
